We first came across this salt shaker in a restaurant and were impressed by the fine grinding of the salt (versus the usual large chunks that most mills produce) so we searched online and bought. . When we received it we were pleased to learn that the grind is adjustable (via a screw on the bottom) so we can just get the setting right. No more oversized chunks of ground sea salt unless we specifically want it. Beautiful, elegant design is a modern Scandinavian style that also looks warm and goes well with more traditional kitchens. Excellent purchase! We liked it so much we bought another one as a gift for a chef who also loves it for the same reasons (!).
