It was easy to use as it's been around since 1995 (I think).
You can search by category or specific item that you're looking up in order to find what your asking about but searching within categories such as 'Personnel' would be very helpful if there were multiple entries under one heading - maybe some kind of sorting function? I also had trouble with my computer freezing when using this software so sometimes couldn't do searches at all until restarting which made finding things difficult because they'd disappear from view during those times! Still useful even though its not perfect just yet. We used Quipro more than 10 years ago when we first started working together. There are many benefits including tracking time spent doing different tasks/projects etc., being able to see who has done certain jobs before me without having someone else write down their names each day & entering them into our system later-all.
