Review on eTMS by Oscar Ferrell

E-tms is easy to use with no training required, it has all of your accounts in one place so you don't have multiple spreadsheets or programs open at once for different tasks (such as accounting). It's also very customizable allowing us complete control over what we can do within our system without needing any additional support from their team members! I wish there was more flexibility when creating reports because sometimes they are difficult/impossible too find specific information that needs reporting but not sure how else this could be accomplished? We've been able solve issues where previously employees would need 2 people working together just trying figure out if an issue came up somewhere along customer service journey which caused delays before resolving them properly & efficiently - now its 1 person who knows exactly whats going wrong instead having teams work independently solving problems separately then combining results later into single report giving insight across departments / locations etc.
