The best feature of this software is that it allows you to manage all your tools in one place, which makes things easier for users as they don't have to go around searching different platforms or sites when looking up information about their devices! I find no downsides at all with using ETM so far - everything works great! E-tms is easy to use with no training required, it has all of your accounts in one place so you don't have multiple spreadsheets or programs open at once for different tasks (such as accounting). It's also very customizable allowing us complete control over what we can do within our system without needing any additional support from their team members! I wish there was more flexibility when creating reports because sometimes they are difficult/impossible too find specific information that needs

It is user friendly, has all of our inventory management features we need for day to-day tasks as well along with reporting capabilities that are easy enough so no one person really knows how it works or needs training anymore! The only thing I dislike about this program in general now days is their pricing model which seems very "price gouging" at times when comparing other programs out there such like HubSpot etc.. but thats just my personal opinion i have not heard any complaints from anyone
