The packaging on this one sucked. The little box it was stuffed in looked dented. I was very surprised that the only thing that was broken was one of the extra lightbulbs. Unfortunately this part was in tiny splinters and splinters all over the box so it took some time to carefully unpack everything and avoid cutting yourself in the process. Strangely, each hard stone massage ball was individually wrapped in hard plastic shrink wrap which also took a long time to peel/cut off. While everything is unpacked, deployed and configured, it's great. I like the way it looks and it seems really well made. The power cord is long and comfortable, it has a dimmer for the lamp. I left mine on all night and it warms up but doesn't overheat like some cheap incandescent bulbs. The balls look great in a lamp, but are also easy to pick up or move around. They feel pleasantly warm, but do not burn. I haven't tried them for massages yet, but I bet they will be very comfortable. If you are a fan of salt lamps or even want a cute little multipurpose lamp I would definitely recommend this one.
