So after seeing the review here and then reading reviews on other sites about the fan assembly itself, I was wondering if there was a break somewhere. No, if you look at the item description there is a video showing how to put it all together. The kit includes both an ICE tower cooler and a standard Raspberry Pi case cooler. The case is included and works with both cooling options. All you have to do is follow the video to find out how to assemble it. Very easy assembly with the only slight headache of routing the wires to power the fan. I suggest routing them over the top of the case. Not as pretty as it could be, but very functional for a pretty hot board.
