Briefly about why I bought this product: I had BIG tooth decay due to some bacteria on the gum line. Because of this, I have changed my usual oral hygiene routine. Part of the change was that I stopped using many of the products I use to whiten my teeth. That's why I bought this product at the end of my teeth whitening routine. I drink a lot of coffee every day and teeth whitening is essential to my smile (otherwise my teeth would be badly stained). . I would proudly recommend this product to anyone who wants a mouthwash that will CLEAN YOUR TEETH COMPLETELY. The longer you keep it in your mouth, the more effective the mouthwash will be. Because I use an antiseptic mouthwash before using this product, I don't rinse my mouth after using the mouthwash and the results have been great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. This is the only aspect of teeth whitening in my oral care routine and my teeth have never looked so great!
