Review on Ekovana Stackable Stainless Pressure Steamer by Mark Jefferson

I love this little pot for cooking meat in sauces, but it's great for cooking rice and veggies, or both at the same time, in my Instant -Pot. I tried chicken breast in green chili sauce and it did not disappoint. I tossed this in one of them and put the broccoli in the other, stacked them and glued them together, and dropped this row of pots onto my Instant Pot's cooking grate, poured an inch of water for steam, and turned it on. Nice when both parts of the dish are cooked at the same time and are tender, juicy and restrained. Also made for very easy cleaning. This set is made from beautiful stainless steel, is very easy to clean and fits in my 8 liter instant pot with plenty of room so it easily fits in the 6 liter model as well. The set is very well constructed.
