It has all the features that I need to have such as credit card processing, recurring payments, etc. The support team is always friendly and willing to help you with any issues that arise. In some cases it can be difficult for them to understand what we're trying to do or how to get there in time but they are working hard to improve their service. As of now this program works great! We use this feature daily to process payment from our clients via credit cards. Our customers love being able to pay online through AWBS. This way they don't have to worry about going into the office during business hours just to make a payment. Also, no more waiting at the bank when doing a large transaction. They also like having access to customer information after submitting a payment so they know exactly what was paid and where to find invoices associated with that invoice number.
