I like how easy it was to set up, use and integrate with all of our other systems.
Easy access through mobile devices makes this software very useful during service calls or while using field personnel. It's also great being able to track customer information via phone/email as well! Not much dislikes at this time - we're just getting started so there are no problems that stand out yet. This system has been extremely helpful when tracking issues throughout day shift employees as they complete their jobs.
