Integrate with Microsoft office products and other business applications, have an interface design that makes it easy for users to navigate through the software, allows you to work in multiple locations at once. Support can be slow when you call or send them a support ticket. Consider using a third party service like ICT Hub or another IT partner to ensure your projects are being supported. We utilise the product to create invoices, manage quotes and contracts. The software has also enabled us to have access to our projects which allows us to track what our team are working on. The system has been used for many years by our organisation, as well it's very easy-to -use interface makes data entry quick & efficient! Some of my colleagues have found that they need more training with this product so maybe consider giving some hands'on support during implementation? We've had no issues using integrated business technologies (IBT) since we implemented them several year ago!!
