It's very easy to use for my medical office. The ability to make appointments has been one of our biggest problems with other software. And this program makes it so much easier! The customer service is also great. I think there could be more options for customization. I wish there was something comparable to a calendar that we could customize. This helps us keep track of all appointments and patient visits. We are able to schedule new patients and see their appointment times right away. The best thing about this product is how simple it is. Most people can figure out how to use it. Also, the customer service is always willing to help.
