REALLY? This time I'll take something out of the box and actually read the instructions. It means twisting the existing filter counterclockwise to remove it. After trying for 30 minutes and it barely moves, I go back and watch the installation video. Turn VERY CLOCKWISE, not COUNTERCLOCKWISE, to remove. At the moment the old filter is so tight that it won't come out as I tightened it for half an hour. unit destroyed. Wow. Now I have to buy another block! You'd think someone in the company would have noticed! Calligan picks up on the other side of my mind, trust me.
