The ability to have a single platform for both billing and accounting makes this system easy to use for both staff and clients. I like how it also allows me to keep track of previous payments so I know exactly where my patient's money goes. It can be time consuming to log in to this website, especially if the internet isn't working properly. I would highly recommend using this software. I am able to easily access all of my patients' files, bills, insurance, etc. from one location. This helps to ensure the accurate billing process.
