I bought the MS tray because I had a newborn and wanted my house to be as clean as possible. First the bad things: It needs to be leveled well or it will squeak, which my cats hate. I suspect this is the real reason for the reviews saying it's "poor quality". It really isn't - it's very well made - but it does creak and needs equalizing to reduce that. I use some coins because my floor is uneven. The tray itself is fairly flat and somewhat adjustable, especially if you're comfortable. Good thing: looks great! And the plastic is really interesting: the powder from the spatula doesn't stick to it at all, which is especially great when it comes to the nozzle included in the kit. What is the best dustpan I have ever used hands down. The litter box is actually very, very large, but it doesn't take up too much space. Best of all, once the cats got used to getting in and out I never saw or stepped on the litter! I'm actually going to buy a second one because I really like it. It's not my cat's favorite thing to do, but she's adjusting and I like being clean.
