Some complain that this hub only charges one battery at a time and therefore consider it useless. It charges one battery at a time, but that's very useful when you have multiple batteries. I put my four batteries in the hub before bed and they're all charged in the morning. If I didn't have this hub, I'd have to get up every time a battery is ready and plug in the next one. Or if I was charging during the day I would sit and wait for each battery. When you insert the batteries, they will be fully charged first. So if you need to charge the batteries and leave before they're all charged, just grab the ones that are 100% charged. Great product if you have multiple batteries.
