I’ve installed 7 of these so far. The 1st one took some time to figure out. 3 of the fans were older with motor starter condensers. Once I found the correct wiring on the internet I was able convert those fans to use this receiver controller. The other fans were more basic and the wiring was easy. I did have 2 that were defective that returned for replacement. The small size does make it easier to fit into the coverI’m pleased that I can monitor and control the fans throughout the house using Smart life.Only time will tell if they last.
