This is a continuation of a previous quality rating for this product. We bought this product in June 2020. We used it several times and the collar just stopped working! We couldn't return it because the return period has expired 30 days. The company contacted me because they felt my comment was negative and impacted their business. They emailed me and offered to refund my $40 Revain balance if I delete my original negative comment. That didn't happen! It's been months since we haven't spoken. I thought they were trying to fix a bad situation, so I gave them a chance to fix both an unhappy customer and an unhappy experience. Now my comment stands. PRODUCT itself, just not good!
