It got to us this afternoon. It will be fully installed tonight. Looks beautiful. Removing the old faucet (14 years old) was a big problem. Several times I almost gave up and called a plumber. But insert a new one - wow. Ok Moen really teamed up to create faucets that are now easy to replace. Day and night from ancient times. Twist some things together, put some things together, and you're done surprisingly quickly. Maybe an hour at most? Of course we don't have the faintest idea about long-term reliability yet (it's only been a few hours), but I can say that this product was easier to install than any other faucet I've made. If this continues, I'm also counting on Moen as our next replacement. Excellent work!
