What Happened to Stainless Steel? Silver plastic soap dispenser. I'm a little disappointed with that. Should have spent more time reading the reviews more carefully.

I've had this for two years now and we use it every day. When closing it just started dripping out of the spout. I know it comes from normal wear and tear because we use it millions of times a day. I called Moen support and they sent me a new cartridge for free as it had a five year guarantee. I'm happy with this unit and the price compared to the Delta products I've had before for twice the price.

Plumber (30 years experience) installed this and said the sprayer was faulty. It doesn't turn off. When the main faucet is turned on, the sprayer drips water onto my countertop and the faucet pulses and makes a thud! He said to call Moen for a spare needle. I can't speak to any man in Moena. My only option on the phone system was to hang up or schedule a call back next week. Moen's link here on Revain is for Canadian customers.
