Electrolyte Vitamins

I have used this product for Hot Yoga before and it works really well. It's a great alternative to sports drinks and sometimes a viable alternative to $6 coconut water :-) I usually take 2 tablets. about an hour earlier and found it really helped get through a tough 90 minute class. It really works for me, but everyone's body reacts differently, so try the product and judge for yourself.
