This siren is built to last. I connected this to a smart switch so I can start it remotely with my smartphone. They have two tones, a chirp and a car like alarm siren. I don't need Twitter, but it's nice to know it's there. This siren is so loud I didn't install it outside. In fact, it's in my garage and thieves can't break in. Nevertheless, the credit is enough (even if inside) to alert the whole district :) The wiring direction is quite simple; although the instructions are minimal. You need a transformer so you can connect it. Remember you have one neutral wire and two hot wires. One is hot for a car, like an alarm, and the other is for a chirp. You may only need one. If so, then the other lid is hot. It's so easy to connect. You will need equipment to tie the wires to the power supply. I only used wire nuts.
