Apple shaped chip just below eye line on driver's side. The instructions included in the kit were too small for my tired eyes. YouTube Help. Lots of "how to" videos. Obviously the package has been downsized to reduce costs, so you'll have to provide a few parts yourself. The set contains the essentials. I followed a video exactly and it worked fine. The curing time for the final step took a little longer than mine on a cloudy day. i would buy again
