, I've just started using this mount so can't comment on durability or ease of use; However, I can say that the installation instructions are terrible. The pictures are small, the description is bad. I'm pretty adept at things like this, but managed to turn the vent piece upside down and then couldn't get it out again. The car is brand new (a 19 Audi A4) so I didn't want to risk ruining the dashboard or air vents. I had to go to the dealer and ask someone to take it off for me. The service manager who helped me first thought I installed it correctly, but then agreed it was upside down. When placing the square hole in the bracket over the emergency flash button, make sure the U-shape on the vent bracket is facing up and not down. Cool that the vent mount fits over the emergency flasher button, making it accessible when you need to use it; This was not clear from the description or the photos. I'm not sure if that means the only place you can install it is right in the middle of the air vents since that's where the turn signal button is. it can be. The phone stand itself is also positioned far enough away from the vents to allow for unimpeded airflow. I will update the review after using it for a while.
