Review on Angle grinder BOSCH GWS 19-125 CIE, 1900 W, 125 mm by Michal Wjcik ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Everything in the product suited me, the price is generally perfect.

I don’t write down a lot of weight and a thick massive gearbox as shortcomings - with such power, this is a necessary evil. In order to crawl somewhere, you need to use either something like Makita GA5030 (there is one on the farm, it complements more powerful sisters well), or something exotic like Metabo WEVF 10-125 Quick Inox - highly specialized and very expensive. In general, a very worthy device at a not so low, but at least a lifting price, with adequate functionality for such a price, and, moreover, native German production. I recommend to professionals to take one for the house - from a cannon on sparrows!

Pros
  • - overall build quality and structural strength (quality of materials, fit of parts, lubrication, 4m rubber cord, etc.); - armored rotor and stator (sometimes you have to work on brick and concrete), the electronics are also protected from abrasive (which cannot be said about some analogues); - huge power and, as a result, frantic torque and outstanding performance; - quick-change brushes (in my opinion, with a shot, I don’t remember exactly); - toolless adjustment of the casing; - speed control plus constant electronics - it pulls stably at any speed (to crush it, you probably need to set the minimum speed, the grinding disc to 180, and lean with the whole mass - there is probably no other way); - soft start and anti-jamming (with such power are absolutely necessary); - In my opinion, there is also an overload protection. The thing is useful. On the other hand, you need to try VERY hard to overload this beast; - anti-vibration large gripping handle.
Cons
  • - an ordinary turnkey nut (could have put a quick-clamping nut for such a price); - the additional handle is placed only in two positions - on the left and on the right, although the third position is also provided on many much cheaper analogues.
