I love the concept of this product and really wanted it to work so I could take it on our monthly Dutch Oven cooking trips. The problem is that I bought it for whipping cream and not a single whisk stays connected. They literally fall out when the device is turned over. I read the instructions and did my best, even asking others for help if I misread the instructions or missed something. Maybe you're doing better than me, but I had to send it back. :-( If you just want to mix then buy this as the mixer works fine and the folding handle works great. To be honest it could be a great part if the whisk didn't fall out.
