Excellent for aesthetic purposes, the improvement in soundproofing is imperceptible.
To be honest Tesla should have installed this at the factory. It covers exposed metal in the trunk for a cleaner look. I'd say it's "expensive" for what it is, but I'm glad these aftermarket vendors offer something like this. is not a complete textbook. You will need to reach into the trunk and use a socket wrench or Phillips screwdriver to install. It would be easier to install if there were plastic rivets instead.
