I love this wall mount for my Mini! It looks good and solves the problem of possible breakage of the device due to a countertop spill. Other reviews called it cheap plastic. It's plastic, but not so thin that it's a problem. If he were fatter, I don't think he would be as attractive. If it were painted metal, the price probably wouldn't be as cheap. It took a little patience to wrap the cord around the back of the Mini, but it wasn't difficult. From opening the box to plugging in the mini it probably took 3-4 minutes. I would not recommend removing it from this wall mount frequently as the mini will snap securely into the mount and the fabric of the mini can tear or wear over time. While you can't reach the mic switch with your finger when the Mini is in the cradle, it's easy to reach with a small object. I'll post a photo of how I achieve it with the end of the scissors.
