Brand new, mode button doesn't work, screen is very dark

Just received and doesn't work from the start. Flashing blue LEDs around "MODE" by touching or directly pressing on the word MODE and does not change the type of charge (whether connected to a car battery or not). Unlock mode not working. Will jump depending on the battery type but when the charger is plugged into the car but the charger is not plugged into an outlet the very dim screen will show 13.1 volts from that normal fully charged car battery. Try to press the mode button when it is connected to the car battery or not and it doesn't change the mode the LEDs turn on and off. Support email or phone number. The guide was written by people who don't normally speak English, the reason is that there is very little content. The small screen of the monitor is very dark, during the day, in the sun and in the shade you can hardly see what it shows. Adjust brightness The modes that appear around the mode button are not explained in the manual, such as e.g. SS, CC, CV, TET. The seller shows several LCD screens but does not specify how to get to each of them. No guarantee card. Update: November 4, 2021 I spent at least 3+ hours testing this charger, it took even longer to test the second device, I sent the seller 4 times photos of the problems I saw and the seller simply refused to look into the problems and even said that the buyer, the end user will not understand what this product does, they explained in the email: Quote Dear John, thanks for your reply. LCD screens can get these screens in a dark environment. These values are very complex. Normal clients do not understand these options and do not need to understand them. unquote I took the time to test it under different lighting conditions and I and three other people could NOT see the contents of the LCD screen. Without seeing it, the customer has no idea if the product works, good or bad. 7 working modes, each has a blue LED, the problem is all 7 are always on, such as B. how the battery can be healthy and fully charged when the repair LED is on at the same time. The seller simply refused to take his customers' quality checks seriously, just saying the customers were wrong. It could be a good product, but with a small LCD screen (they refused to add a feature to make the screen brighter) that can't display content even from 1 foot away. The supplier to make the LEDs look blue also used the same thin plastic over the LCD. The blue tint makes the LCD display difficult to see in most lighting conditions. ring and, as can be seen in the images, it was now possible to see the content in different lighting conditions
