I don't usually write reviews but I'm so upset with this purchase I thought I'd warn others before they make the same mistake I did. I really need a faucet with touch controls. Installing this faucet was pretty easy and I was in seventh heaven... a month and a half. This faucet is a big disappointment. The touch function no longer works and when it does you have to touch it a few times for it to register that you have contacted it. And sometimes it doesn't work at all! I've tried everything to fix it. Disconnect the wires, buy expensive batteries, think we need more "juice", make sure the wires don't touch each other... and NOTHING works. I'm so pissed! Too bad, because this faucet looks like any other plain old non-touch faucet, but costs twice as much. And of course that's what happens when I don't get it back. DO NOT contact the seller! That's incredible. So if you are looking for a touch faucet. it's not him! I basically burned the money I spent on this and ended up getting a regular faucet!
