Bakes amazingly incredibly delicious bread. But if you live in the US you can't expect the same quality unless you do something. The main difference between Japan and US is that they use 100V, soft water and high protein flour while we use 120V, hard water and low protein flour. If you can't bake good bread, this is what you should try.1. Buy a 1000w converter. You need 1.5W more power to use the converter.2. Try bottled water.3. Set the amount of yeast.4. Use flour for high-protein bread. If your fender is stuck at the bottom, you can put some oil in the fender hole before using the machine. That's what people do in the bread pan when they bake bread. The reason why there is no English manual is because the manufacturer did not make this product for sale in the USA. They understand the difference between tension and water and therefore cannot take responsibility for what happens to us. Unfortunately we do this at our own risk, but genuine Japanese products are subject to very high quality control. If it doesn't work properly, you probably did something wrong.
