Setting up and getting started with the HP01 was pretty easy. The instructions were easy - mostly picture instructions. But a few minutes after starting, the remote functions for oscillation and wide/narrow direction of the fan stopped working. This was after the car had acclimated indoors and worked out of the pits. Restart didn't help. At the same time I bought Winnix. Although it's not that pretty, there weren't any problems. While trying to trade a working HP01 with Revain, Revain couldn't offer the Black Friday price I originally paid for the Dyson, so I bought another Winnix.
