Update: Bought at the end of January (ordered on the 26th). That weekend, in early June, he died. Everything worked fine for 5 months. It had a few times where it suddenly switched from F to C. Otherwise it worked fine for this short time. I would like to know if there is a better option that could work for a whole year! ————— As far as I can tell, this is very accurate. I have a special Matcha Ceremonial Grade tea that I like to brew, but it requires a water temperature of 160 degrees. I bought this and left it in the pot while it heats up. It works great and helps a lot!
