Review on 💡 CyberPower CSB100W Essential Wall Tap Surge Protector, 900J/125V, 1 Outlet by Sean Young

Bought two of these, one for my parents microwave and extra protection for my iMac. There wasn't enough room below to install this surge protector (the outlet is at the top of a closet and was fairly close to the shelf). This wasn't a typical situation, but you do need about 1-3/4 inches of clearance under the outlet itself (not the panel, just the outlet you're plugging into). Turn the device back on and connect the surge protector the wrong way round. My parents have a whole house surge protector, but this provides extra security, especially with expensive devices that take a long time to install!
