Poorly written but worth reading
The authors are knowledgeable but have very poor written English. It covers a lot of topics and you can understand what the authors are trying to convey, but clearly lacks skill when it comes to concise and concise communication and no apparent effort in editing or any degree of "ghostwriting" " to help. by someone who has the skills of a technical writer. All this to say that this is the best thing available in book form and costs relatively modestly in Kindle form. It would be a waste of paper due to quality defects.
