Works perfectly and looks great!

My wife and I remodeled our entire home from standard brass handles and latches to matte black. These were some of the final things that needed to be worked out to complete the project. I really appreciated the adjustable tension that allows you to fine-tune the resistance to opening and closing the door. They are only painted matte black and I knew that when I bought them. The metal ball rubbing on the latch left the paint rubbed off. No problem, I actually like it as an accent line. But something to watch out for when buying it, it's going to happen and there's nothing you can do about it.
