I was very pleased with the price of this item. There were similar ones available at comparatively low prices, so I wasn't too worried about the quality. Replaced the top and bottom elements in the water heater. Specs matched and deflation and inflation were done properly (I'm not a beginner). The elements worked great for about two weeks. One day I noticed that I had to constantly regulate the cold water in the shower as I was slowly losing heat. The next day I woke up with no hot water. After checking the element with a multimeter, I found that it was faulty. When I removed it, the element practically exploded. The coating is cracked and the wiring of the indoor unit has broken apart in several places. The product is covered by a one-year warranty, let's see how the support service will help you. The bottom element works perfectly. Maybe consider buying three if it's not an isolated problem!
