Review on CarBole Universal 5/16 inch Micro Electric Gasoline Fuel Pump - Reliable 12V, 1-2A, 35GPH, 4-7 P.S.I. by Joseph Elvis

I have bought many of these pumps here at Revain looking for just one that works as expected. As I cross out This is a pump. Like everyone else, they work fine for a month or two, but they all eventually fail, usually within three months, as is the case with this particular model. The motor continues to rotate, but the impellers stop pumping gas. Of course, I'm not a regular user of these pumps. My job is to pump fuel out of the gas tanks on lawn mowers and ATVs as they pull into my shop. The gas is always bad, and I use these pumps once or twice a week, sometimes more, sometimes less. Since the fuel I pump is bad I don't just rely on the metal filter that comes with it. I use a disposable filter as a pre-filter and change it when it gets dirty. However, if it doesn't stand up to occasional use, I would hardly recommend it for long-term use.
