Not True Double Action Polisher, Random Orbit - Best Description

Not True Double Action Buffer. I should have known from the backplate. This is a random orbit device, the true double action device has a gear drive, and the base plate has a built in gear that makes the pad rotate in two orbits. You can't keep the true double-action baseplate stationary. Still, this is a very good polisher, especially for the money.
