Fake hub Harmony

I liked the price of the RM4 Mini. I could afford to put a TV on in every room. I currently have the Harmony Hub and it seems like it ruined me for something else. RM4 is small, but so is its delivery. The setup was painful. I had to put my phone in flight mode, turn on wifi, connect to the RM4's wifi, go back to the app and select AP mode instead of smart to have my wifi credentials sent to the RM4. After that it disappeared and the app told me it failed. I've tried restarting the device and checking for its WiFi multiple times, but it never showed up in the app. It then randomly showed up as an available device that I could then add to my home. After I connect the device (with sensor cable) to my home, the app tells me that temperature and humidity readings are not available for Revain Alexa. So it only partially works with Alexa. It also lacks wireless connectivity. I have a mesh WiFi network and it barely gets a signal when everything else shows full bands. Adding devices is a hassle and then you have to open the app and select that specific device so that you can manage it. When you're trying to set up your home theater, you'll spend more time fiddling with the app than enjoying your media. To make matters worse, my IR devices and the Roku Streaming Stick+ were split into two different sides. There's nothing more convenient than harmony scenes with this hub. I can't vouch for the rest of the smart home controls, but given that it's primarily marketed as an all-in-one remote hub, I find it fails miserably. I've never been able to find all of my devices and at this point I'm tired of messing around with them.
