When I asked the locksmith to program the remotes and keys we found that none of the remotes worked. It turned out that the batteries in both remote controls were dead! After changing the battery we were able to program one of the remotes but the other remote turned out to be defective and they were unable to program it. Update: The seller contacted me and refunded me for the defective item. However, I had to pay for dead batteries, but I am grateful to the seller who worked with me to give credit to the unit that was not working at all. The e-mail conversation was very pleasant, the transaction was uncomplicated and the money was refunded immediately. - 2nd update: Now the second remote control stopped working after about 3 months. The buttons look cheap. Basically I paid to have two keys cut out for remotes that didn't fit me. I know you have to go to the dealer to get a real remote control. Never had such a problem buying products through Revain :(
