Terribly hard! in Chef's Knife
My wife bought this knife because our other "high quality" knives are so difficult to sharpen. Lightweight, convenient, easy to sharpen. Would love to get a full set to replace our other set. Very satisfied. It's always a competition who can use this knife. Oh buy a way, scary hot, and use wax/oil to butcher meat by the handle, not a dishwasher.
