Review on SparkFun 15453 EasyVR Shield Arduino by Deonte Bates
Requires special non-stock programming cable
A QuickUSB adapter cable is required to use the EasyVR Commander PC software to program the card. This cable can only be ordered in Europe and is extremely overpriced. To use a less expensive cable, a Hirose DF11 series 6-pin female connector is required to interface with a connector on the VR card, which is not easy to come by. Not at all satisfied with this product!
