Product works as expected. All connections work perfectly. Installation was easy, the 3" hole saw is the perfect size, and the depth of the case fits my 1 1/2" workbench just right. Make sure there is enough free space under the work table above cupboards, drawers, etc. You will need about 1 1/2 inches. I like the low profile and matte plastic finish. All external parts are plastic but durable. It doesn't have tamper-proof sockets, but that probably won't be a problem for most people. I installed it just behind the edge of one of my monitors so it's near where I like to keep my phone while I work, but still out of the way. I usually have my speakers plugged in and my phone charger plugged in all the time. Tested with these things connected as well as charging the laptop with no issues.
