I like that it helps me see all of my data for any given period compared with previous periods (which is great because sometimes there can be an awful lot!). This makes reporting much easier than doing this manually! The only thing i dislike about Youreport are their prices - they're very expensive if you want more complex features or need regular updates/upgrades done which would help keep your reports up to date quickly etc. If however price isn't something important then go ahead anyway as It's really easy enough even without upgrades so no real downsides at least from what we've seen thus far. We use Youtrack regularly but also export our results into Excel where necessary too just incase things get complicated when using yourtaknows how often people do report writing themselves by hand rather than automating these processes through software tools.
