PROS: Works as advertised. I'm very glad I have it and the various bits are great and help with removing support material, washing out filament that's not adhering properly during the print process, and separating or fixing print issues. It really cuts through ABS plastic like butter. The controls are simple enough, but I had to pull out the manual as some of the setting changes weren't that intuitive. I would definitely follow the instructions. This stylus has become a very useful tool in my 3D printing supplies drawer. CONS: Feels like cheap plastic. I had trouble connecting the power cord to the back of the pen, which bothered me a lot at first. If the power cord is not plugged in and at the correct angle, the pen will not turn on. I hope it doesn't deteriorate over time. I hope they release a reliable version like Gen 2 in the future. I hope this product lasts a long time, but I wouldn't be surprised if one day it stopped working.
