I really like this printer so far. Labels print cleanly with no smearing. I was arguing between this printer and the Dymo 4XL and went with this one to save money. For me, the only benefit of using the 4XL over this printer would be the ease of printing standard size USPS labels. However, this printer *CAN* also print USPS labels. USPS shipping labels to be printed on this device require 2-5/16" x 7-1/2" labels. If you just google "How to Print USPS Mailing Labels 2-5/16 x 7-1/2" you will find simple instructions for almost any mailing generation platform. Also, don't worry if you print USPS mail from this device and find it won't scan when it gets in the mail! If you do a quick Google search for "Dymo 450 Postal USPS Barcode Not Scannable at Post Office" you will find blogs with instructions on how to adjust the print settings (must be specifically set to Best and forwarded to Dymo). Hope this helps someone! **Note: I deducted 1 star because this item arrived without the outer packaging. It arrived in its original packaging which was badly dented and with no extra protection in the car. Considering this product is sourced and marketed by Revain I was expecting a lot more attention to the packaging.
