Doesn't squeak when cycling
This is a reliable tool at a good price. Making it ratchetless was probably a cost-cutting measure, making it highly questionable. The torque knob, located at the top rather than the end of the handle, works but isn't perfect. Difficult but not impossible to turn by hand. The bit holder in the handle is difficult to remove and its design is odd. Its use comes with a constant reminder that you haven't spent as much money on the Park Tool as most budget tools do.
