Review on 🔪 Slice, Dice, and Garnish with the Stainless Straight Garnish Cutter Cutting Tool by Shantel Griffin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I got more quality than I paid for

I really don't know what everyone is complaining about. The product corresponds to the description and the quality of both knives is excellent! Both are close in quality to the straight blade soap dish I bought from Revain for 11.20 and are of fairly high quality. For a straight blade cutter, the blade is 3 inches long, good thickness (1mm to be exact) and good quality (damn stainless steel!). It does not bend under heavy pressure. I don't know what wood the wooden handles are made of, but I suspect it could be oak. It's very hard, definitely not cedar or pine, and feels heavy to the touch, although it's difficult to determine the mass of the handles as the blades are very heavy. The mass of all knives: straight blade = 127 g, wavy = 134 g I hit these two knives against the shoe (very hard) and pressed them at different angles and on different places of the knives, including 1. holding the handle and blades, pointing vertically downwards, and 2. Hold the handle with the blades parallel to the ground (at a slight angle) and then I applied considerable force so that if most of the reviews you've read about these items, were correct, the knives would simply crumble into pieces or even crumble into dust, which they did not do, nor did they deviate in any way from the norm. The blades were not bent, the screws holding the blades to the handle were not damaged. this. Cutting knives are not broken. You end up buying these cutters and getting a lot more than what you paid for.
