The product is Bulle. Don't waste money on it. This is the third bike rack I've bought in a month (not all from this brand) and I can honestly say I'm fed up with Revain's bike rack products. This project of mine should have been completed much sooner, but I keep running into problems. The problem with this rack was the stupid bolts/nuts that didn't match the bolts. The bolts were too long and because the bolts/nuts didn't fit, they weren't tightened properly and the strut really came loose. My second issue is that it doesn't fit properly and it's not my style of bike. not right. Overall I am not satisfied at all and will be sending it back for the billionth time. However, I took a chance and bought a cheap $14-$16 bike rack that holds 20 pounds from Walmart and installed it EASY! Less than 10 minutes when I spent 20-30 minutes trying to get it working because I was so determined not to return it. Let me repeat, I spent $14-$16 on a CHEAP frame compared to something that cost me close to $30 after shipping and tax (shipping price combined with another product). It just shows you how pathetic this product is.
